How to create table in blogger post editor without HTML code

As a blogger, the need to present certain blog posts in a tabular order may arise. Although you may have explored all the available tools in the blog post editor’s tool bar, without coming across any table making tool. But here in this post, I will walk you through on how to create tables in blogger post editor. Although this has nothing to do with one having HTML idea or not. Just follow the below steps:
1.Firstly, I assume you are acquainted with Word processing software such as Microsoft word, which I will be using in this post. So get it ready.

2.Present the information in a tabular order or form as you would want it to be, using the table tool in the word processing software.

3.When you are through with the table and all the formatting, go to the office button/file at the top left of the word processing window and Click on "Save as".

4.Save your work in the format/file type "Web page". When you do so, your work will be saved in HTML format and will use your default browser as the icon. From the image below, mine is Mozilla Firefox.

5.Now locate the document in your computer, right click and choose the option >>Open with,  and select “Notepad”.

6.Log into your blogger dashboard and click on the new post link, usually in orange color. Just switch to HTML mode.

7.Now back to Notepad, copy the contents from the notepad and paste to the HTML mode in post editor.

8.Now you are done, you can switch to compose mode or preview it to see how it will appear to your readers.

I hope this helped you out? Other ways of creating tables in blogger post editor, without using HTML codes, are also welcomed using the comment box. Be sociable and share with friends, they will love you for that.

  3. Hi! Your method looks great and it works. But i'd also like to share my discovery that you can just simply copy and paste the table from MS Word to your Blogger dashboard. It's simpler. :)
